These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and MilkBox ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our services, including the provision of email infrastructure through third-party platforms such as Google and Microsoft. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Cold Email Infrastructure

We provide email infrastructure solutions to clients, including:

• Google mailboxes: Professional email accounts through Google's platform, charged per mailbox slot.
• Microsoft domains: domains with 50 mailboxes per domain, charged per domain slot.

1.2 Slot Management System

Our billing operates on a slot-based subscription model:

Google Slots:

• Each slot = 1 Google mailbox
• You purchase the number of slots you need
• Slots can be added or reduced each billing cycle

Microsoft Slots:

• Each slot = 1 Microsoft domain with 50 mailboxes
• You purchase the number of domain slots you need
• Slots can be added or reduced each billing cycle

Important: You are responsible for managing your slot allocation. If you maintain active slots but do not use them for mailboxes, or if you reduce mailboxes but keep paying for slots, that is your responsibility to manage. We will not automatically refund unused slots.
